At Arttd’inox, we strive to ensure your premium stainless steel homeware arrives in perfect condition; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange, ensuring they are in original, unused condition.

  Quality Assessment

  Upload clear images of the product and its original packaging to our portal for a preliminary verification by our quality control team.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully pack the items in their original Arttd’inox box with all tags and inserts to prevent damage during the transit process.

• 4.
  Pick-up and Refund

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon final inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
